End of Summer
Hello!
We at Blossom Foods hope you have all had an amazing summer.
As we look ahead to fall, we are looking forward to introducing many new pureed food items. Our discussions here in the kitchen and with many of you have had us create some new pureed items as well as the return of many favorite pureed items.
FOR OUR HOME CUSTOMERS: Many pureed items will be gluten free, some pureed vegan, and a few pureed specialty diets that will cross all diet areas such as vegan, gluten free, and renal. pureed Menu items such as pureed vegetarian chili, pureed tofu with vegetable, and pureed chicken-rice-carrot to name a few.
We will also be adding a Ground Texture Sample Pack. We hope to help our customers that are upgrading their diets to ground begin the next step. If these are indeed highly requested, we will add an entire menu dedicated to this texture.
FOR OUR INSTITUTIONAL CUSTOMERS: We began as a Puréed food company and with so many requests for additional textures added ground and soft chopped/diced textures. We are now excited to be plating and offering a renal menu option. These will be regular/sliced meat options that will cros over most diets. We will begin with six complete plated options and grow from there. Our packaging options have also evolved to address the many (many) different serving styles of the hospitals we provide meals to.
Vegan, gluten free, lactose free options are also increasing.
